This information is used to provide you with our online course as requested; to provide the New York DMV with information about your performance; to enable billing and shipping; to improve our Web site; issue a certificate of completion; and for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We will not share your personal information with parties outside of our company except for the New York DMV.

Your Rights
You may review and approve the information that was collected upon registration in our secure customer database. Upon request, we will update the information from our customer database or change/correct personal information that you state is incorrect. We reserve the right to update or correct information based on administrative rules and procedures from the New York DMV.
